Dear Minoh JETs,

I hope this email finds you well.

We would like to announce some notices regarding the winter vacation.

1. MAFGA Year-End/New Year Operating Schedule

The final stationing this year at JET House is on Friday, December 26.
The first stationing next year is on Wednesday, January 7.
(The time is the same; 5-7pm)

MAFGA staff is operating in the office until Sunday, December 28.
If you have anything you want to ask to MAFGA, we would be able to 
answer by email or face-to-face at Multi-Cultural Center in Onohara.
(We kindly would like to ask you to make an appointment beforehand if 
you are visiting us.)

We are closed until January 3, and be back on Sunday, January 4.
While we close the business, we are not checking the emails, so refer 
No.5 on this email in case of emergency.

2. The Garbage Collection Schedule During the Year-end and New Year Holidays

4. Doctors at Clinic Off for the year end/new year

Just like most of commercial services, medical doctors and clinics will 
be off during the year-end/new year holidays.
As the length of office closing is different by individual 
clinics/institutions.
Most clinics announce the schedule for the patients on their websites.
Google the clinic you visit, and find 年末年始の休診日(Year-end and New Year 
non-operating dates) notice.

5. City Operations During Year-end and New Year Holidays(including city 
hospital)

◆Minoh City Hospital
Closed from Tue., Dec. 30 until Sun., Jan. 4, however, emergency cases 
that fall under (1) or (2) below will be accepted even during the 
closure period.
Please be sure to make a phone call to the hospital beforehand. Please 
also be sure to bring your My Number Card as the Health Insurance 
Certificate Card.
(1) Emergency patients with illnesses (requiring medicine) or serious 
injuries (requiring surgery) will be accepted 24 hours a day.
(2) Emergency dental care will be available from Mon., Dec. 29 
throughout the closure period. The reception hours will be from 10:00 to 
16:30 and the consultation time will end at 17:00.

6. In case of emergency... MAFGA cell number is 090-3840-6954

Please note that the room MAFGA can help is limited.
If you lost your key, wallet, or other items, we cannot help you even if 
you call us.
