Dear JETs,

I hope this email finds you well.

As we are standing by to welcome new ALTs this summer, we will change 
the stationing schedule for this and following month, as the attached 
calendar.

*Request-Based Support(July 19-26)
We don't have regular stationing during this term, but we will have the 
hours for request-based support(9am-12noon).
The support is mainly for those who leave Minoh.
MAFGA may be available to help you the disposal matters.

However, *please book us by email as soon as possible, as our capacity 
is limited*.

Leaving JETs, we have supported the paperwork on Saturday, but you may 
still have assistance.
We are open this Wednesday and Friday, so don't miss out to come.
(It will be your last chance to ask us at JET House.)
