大阪大学 (おおさかだいがく) の留学生 (りゅうがくせい) ・ノエミさんが日本 (にほん) に住 (す) んでいる外国人 (がいこくじん) を対象 (たいしょう) にアンケートを実施 (じっし) しています。目的 (もくてき) はみなさんのその経験 (けいけん) をどのように改善 (かいぜん) できるかを調 (しら) べることです。

興味 (きょうみ) がある人 (ひと) は、6月 (がつ) 12日 (にち) までにこのリンクから回答 (かいとう) してください。

This is a survey regarding the experience in medical facilities of Osaka's foreign residents made by Osaka University student Noemie-san. It is aimed at foreign residents living in Japan. The goal is to find ways to improve the access to healthcare for foreign residents.
This survey will only be used for the purpose of this research,  and it won't be used to any other means.
