Minoh Police or other cities' police take measures to get exact information as soon as possible in case of an emergency event like an earthquake or other disasters by asking each resident about their name or address in advance. It is not compulsory to inform them of your individual information. You can reject their requests or call the police office (#110) if you think something is wrong.
