Kia ora koutou (Te Reo Maori: Hello everyone),

This is Trees from the Minoh City Office. I need your help!
We are looking for Minoh ALTs who can volunteer at the "New Zealand Fair" event on 24 May 2025.

You don't have to be from NZ, and it is a great chance to learn about NZ culture. The event is to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the sister city relationship between Minoh and Lower Hutt in New Zealand, and will have many stalls and performances.

Date and Time: 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday 24th May 2025
Location: Q's Stage Area, Minoh Qs Mall (stage area next to Muji)

Types of volunteers wanted:
Stall Volunteer: Help out at a craft stall showing children how to make traditional Maori Poi (supplies + instructions provided)
Stage Performer: Perform an NZ-related performance e.g. as a group

1: Full name
2: Volunteer type (e.g. stalls/stage/either/other)
3: Availability (e.g. can definitely volunteer for half day/can maybe volunteer for full day)
