Dear JET members,

Recently, MAFGA got some reports regarding the stranger happened at 
JETs' apartment.
The person tell the residents that "your electricity bill will be 
cheaper" and let them find the past bills.
We heard that the person is very pussy.

Please be aware of visitors without appointments.
Use the intercom before you open the door, and don't unlock the entrance 
door when you are not sure(if your apartment has "auto lock" system).

To clearly tell that you are not interested in it, phrases いりません or 
必要ありません(it is not necessary) might be useful.
In case the visitor is pussy, or they came inside the room even you have 
not permitted, don't be reluctant to call the police(Phone 110).
The phrase 警察に電話します(I will call the police) might be helpful as 
well.

We are thinking of hearing from those who met this person recently, 
after the ALT training today.
We would like to ask about the situation and use the information to 
alert the ALTs.
In case there is someone who signed the contract, we can discuss how we 
can fix it.
