Minoh JET-ALTs,

I hope this email finds you well.

As there are continuous needs of assistance applying for 'my number 
card' among JET members, MAFGA would like to help it in a group.
If you registered your health insurance information to the 'my number 
card', you can use it as a health insurance card at the clinic.

We will send an email as a confirmation of the reservation on Friday, 
December 20.
