Hi JET-ALT members,

We hope this email finds you well.

Recently the temperature in Minoh is getting lower and lower and in 
accordance with it we get more and more emails from JET-ALT members 
asking doctor appointments or information on vaccination for flu and Covid.
We don't obtain prices for flu and Covid vaccination from all Minoh's 
clinics, but generally speaking the cost of flu vaccination is around 
3,500 yen and that of Covid is around 16,500 yen respectively.

Most clinics require appointment in advance(some can make a reservation 
online, some needs to make a phone call).
Check the website of the clinic you are willing to go, and find the 
information of the vaccination(ワクチン).
You will need to submit the questionnaire(問診票) before the shot, and some 
clinics have English translated version.

If you need help regarding making reservation, filling out, or on other 
matters, please contact us without hesitation.
