Hi JET members,

How are you doing? Do you enjoy summer holidays? This time we would like 
to tell you about two wonderful events. New JET members are, we think, a 
bit tired of hectic moving-in chores. Those events might make you recoup 
from them.

Please check the details as follows(you can also find the details on the 
flyer attached to this email).

1)Beer Garden Festival
Date:Saturday, 10th August(Today!)
Time:4:00-9:00pm
Place:Kayano garden in the Minoh Q's mall (East to Minoh-Kayano metro 
station)

You can enjoy some types of local breweries beer, especially Minoh local 
beer, several types of wine and mouth-watering food stalls.
How about spending enjoyable time drinking and eating on lawn, you can 
sit or lie. Let's go!

2)Jizo Bon Odori Festival
Date:Sunday, 11th August(Tomorrow)
Time:5:00pm-
Place:Totaike park (5 minutes walk, north to JET house)

In Japanese Buddhism, people think their ancestors return to their home 
town in the middle of summer once a year. Bon-dancing festival is a 
ritual to welcome those ancestors.  People in Japanese summer kimonos 
dance around a tower ,where singers and instrumentalists play music. 
Anybody can dance with local people, we are 100 % sure you are very 
welcome to join them. Besides dancing, you can enjoy beverage and food 
stalls there. Why not, please enjoy one of Japanese typical summer 
landscape.

MAFGA members will also come to Jizo Bon Odori Festival. Come and meet us!
