"Shibaraku Hiroba" in Kitashiba area.

fun events.

Kitashiba area is described as a "collective town" where residents 
themselves create activities necessary for the community, and where 
various groups from all over Japan and even overseas visit for a field 
trip and study tour.
Kitashiba community has the "Minami-no-ie"(House of the South) 
guesthouse, a renovated 70-year-old Japanese-style house and it is a 
2-minute walk from JET House (right in the middle of Raitopia and JET 
House).

There are several private rooms, a large kitchen and living space, a 
washer/dryer and a spacious bath. If you are looking for a place to stay 
when family or friends come over, you should definitely consider it.
It is 3000yen per person.
They don't provide meals, but you can use the kitchen and, Q's Mall is a 
convenient 10-minute walk away.
If you want to find out more about it, please let us know. we can 
organize a field trip.

Since you have been placed in Minoh, we would like you to get to know 
the area and connect with local people, so it would be interesting to 
have a social gathering at the "Minami-no-ie somewhere between fall and 
the end of the year.
